Appraisal of Small Residential Income Properties

7 Hours continuing education.   100% attendance is required.

Appraisal of Small Residential Income Properties will increase the level of knowledge of the scope of work involved with income -producing properties.  This course identifies key elements of market analysis of small residential income properties and distinguishes which features and characteristics are important to the appraiser’s analysis.  Analysis of income and expenses is covered and how this analysis is used in an appraisal of an income-producing property.  Appropriate income methodologies and how the appraisal approaches apply to income-producing properties are also discussed.  Finally, this text familiarizes students with the reporting form Fannie Mae 1025/Freddie Mac 72 and walks through how to prepare the form, compile required data, and complete the necessary analysis.

NRPAB approval#: 2181416.04.  The course is approved by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board (NRPAB) for seven (7) hours of continuing education.

The NRPAB approval of this course is honored by the Nebr. Real Estate Commission for Continuing Ed. for sales persons and brokers.  The NRPAB approval of this course is honored by the Nebr. Dept of Revenue for Continuing Ed. for Assessor re-certification.

Appraisers in other states may be eligible to receive continuing education credit and they should check with their state appraiser board.
